Transfer is a tense and hard-hitting short film that revolves around a police encounter that spirals out of control when two policemen, assigned to the same operation, find themselves divided by deep ideological differences.
What begins as a police operation gradually becomes a conflict within the force itself, as ideological polarization comes into direct confrontation with professional duty. As the situation escalates, personal beliefs, institutional responsibility and the pressure of the moment collide, leading to consequences that neither policeman can control.
The film explores how ideological divisions can enter institutions and personal relationships, and how, in moments of crisis, the boundaries between duty, belief and power can become dangerously blurred.

சில்வர் ஸ்ட்ரீம் ஸ்டுடியோஸ் பேனரின் கீழ் சௌந்தர்யா திலீபன், என். ராஜேந்திரன், ராமு தங்கராஜ் தயாரிப்பில், பிளாக் ஒயிபோ புரொடக்ஷன் ஹவுஸ் சார்பில் அருண் மாதேஸ்வரன் வழங்கும் ‘டிரான்ஸ்பர்’!
பரபரப்பான கதைக்களக்கதை கொண்ட குறும்படம் ‘டிரான்ஸ்பர்’. ஒரே பணியில் ஈடுபடுத்தப்படும் இரண்டு காவலர்கள், கொள்கை வேறுபாடுகளால் பிளவுபட்டு, கட்டுப்பாட்டை மீறிச் செல்லும் காவல்துறை என்கவுன்டர் சம்பவத்தை மையமாகக் கொண்டு இப்படம் உருவாகியுள்ளது. ஆரம்பத்தில் ஒரு காவல்துறை நடவடிக்கையாகத் தொடங்கும் சம்பவம், படிப்படியாக காவல்துறைக்குள்ளேயே உருவாகும் மோதலாக மாறுகிறது. கொள்கை ரீதியான பிளவு, தொழில்முறை கடமையுடன் நேரடியாக மோதும் சூழலில், நிலைமை தீவிரமடைகிறது.
தனிப்பட்ட நம்பிக்கைகள், நிறுவனப் பொறுப்பு மற்றும் அந்தத் தருணத்தின் அழுத்தம் ஆகியவை ஒன்றோடொன்று மோதுவதால், இரு காவலர்களாலும் கட்டுப்படுத்த முடியாத விளைவுகள் ஏற்படுகின்றன. கொள்கை ரீதியான பிளவுகள் நிறுவனங்களுக்குள்ளும் தனிப்பட்ட உறவுகளுக்குள்ளும் எவ்வாறு ஊடுருவுகின்றன என்பதையும், நெருக்கடியான தருணங்களில் கடமை, நம்பிக்கை மற்றும் அதிகாரம் ஆகியவற்றுக்கு இடையிலான எல்லைகள் எவ்வாறு ஆபத்தான வகையில் மங்கிவிடுகின்றன என்பதையும் இப்படம் பேசுகிறது.
