The film was directed by V Suresh Natchatra, producer of the movie is V Ravi, the entire flick was pictured in the rural area. The songs are upright to experience and was composed by T S Manimaran. A story between a poor girl’s life and the rich widow woman’s life was getting twisted in a different angle.
Story: The movie Egnapuram’s hero plays a Thappattam instrument in the death ceremonies and he looks for a bride to settle down in the life, but he gets pulled out of attention with a miserable girl who’s her family depends on ducks, lead to a basic life. She has many struggles to face with her aunt and in one stage her aunt explicates the reason why she was rude to her. A rich girl who lives her life without any male companion, and had a grievance with the hero, look out, why the reason she had a grudge to kill him.
The naturalistic performances of every artist and even the viewers can see the artlessness in the appearances. Lyrics of the film are Arivumathi, Mohan Rajan, Subhash Kavi, Yugabharathi. Cinematography by the A S Senthil Kumar and editing focused by V M Udhayshankar.
