ஸ்டான் லீ மற்றும் ஸ்டீவ் டிட்கோ ஆகிய இருவரும் இணைந்து உருவாக்கிய கற்பனையும் கலைநயமும் ஒருங்கிணைந்தகதாபாத்திரம், இப்படத்தில் தொழில்நுட்ப வளர்ச்சிப் பரிமாணத்தின் மேதாவிலாசத்தைப் பிரதிபலிக்கும் விதத்தில், புதிய மெருகுடன் உலா வருகிறது!

விஞ்ஞான ரீதியாக வடிவமைக்கப்பட்ட ஒரு சிலந்தியினால் கடிக்கப்பட்ட பிறகு, அந்த 15 வயது இளைஞன் பீட்டர் பார்க்கர் (டாம் ஹாலண்ட்) உடல் ரீதியாகப் பல மாற்றங்களை உணருகிறான். சிலந்தியின் சிறப்பியல்புகள் தன்னுள் ஐக்கியமாகிவிட்டதையும் அனுபவரீதியாகப் புரிந்து கொள்கிறான்!

‘கேப்டன் அமெரிக்கா: சிவில் வார்’ நிகழ்வுகளுக்குப் பிறகு, தனது ஆசான் டோனி ஸ்டார்க்கின் (ராபர்ட் டெளனி Jr.) உறுதுனையோடு, அத்தை மே (மாரிசா டோமி) உடன் வாழ்ந்து வரும் போது, ‘வல்சர் (Vulture)’ என வர்ணிக்கப்படும் அட்ரியன் டூம்ஸ் (மைக்கேல் கீட்டன் 1989, 1992 ஆகிய ஆண்டுகளில் வெளிவந்த பேட்மேன் படங்களில் பேட்மேனாக நடித்தவர்!) தீமைப் பயக்கும் செயல்பாடுகளில் மும்மரமாக ஈடுபட்டு வருவது பற்றியும், இயந்திரத்தனம் வாய்ந்த சிறகுகள் தாங்கிய விசேடமான உடையை அவர் அணிந்திருப்பது பற்றியும் அறிய நேரிடுகிறது. பீட்டர் பார்க்கர் என்கிற வடிவில் சாந்த சொரூபியான வாழ்விற்கும், ‘ஸ்பைடர்மேன்’ என்கிற மற்றொரு பரிமாணத்திற்குமிடையே தராசு போல சமமாக நின்று செயல்பட வேண்டிய கட்டாயம் ஏற்படுகிறது. இந்த நெருக்கடியின் மத்தியில் நிலவும் சுவையானதொரு அம்சம் அட்ரியனின் மகள் மிஷல் டூம்ஸ் (செண்டயா) பீட்டருடன் சேர்ந்து படிக்கிறாள் என்பது.

டோபி மெக்குயர், ஆண்ட்ரூ கார்ஃபீல்ட் ஆகியோர் ஏற்கெனவே ஸ்பைடர்மேன் அவதாரம் பூண்டது தெரிந்ததே! டாம் ஹாலண்ட் தான் புதிய ஸ்பைடர்மேன். ஜார்ஜியா, நியூ யார்க், பெல்ஜியம் ஆகிய இடங்களில் படப்பிடிப்பு நிகழ்த்தப்பட்டது. மைக்கேல் ஜியாசினோ இசை அமைத்துள்ளார். சல்வாடோர் டோடினோ ஒளிப்பதிவு செய்துள்ளார். ஜோன் வாட்ஸ் படத்தை இயக்கியுள்ளார். தற்போது தயாரிப்பில் இருக்கும் இதன் தொடர் படம், 2019இல் வெளியாகும்.

Spiderman-the utterance of this very name will create a flutter in the minds of all movie buffs, regardless of the factor of age! A social crusader who will rush and run and also fly to the rescue of all those in distress under any circumstances! Otherwise, he is a normal human being with a family to fend for as also a girlfriend to romance with! Based on the character of Spiderman created by Marvel Comics, ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ is a super hero film that is said to be the second reboot of the ‘Spiderman’ film franchise. Also, it is the 16th film of the Marvel Cinematic Universe! Jon Watts has wielded this high voltage action film based on the screenplay by a team that consists of Jonathan Goldstein, John Francis Daley, Christopher Ford, Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers, and of course, Jon Watts too, based on the story idea by Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley. It is worth noting that it was Stan Lee and Steve Ditco were the ones who created the Spiderman character!
A 15-year old who received spider-like abilities after being bitten by a genetically-modified spider, Peter is basically a kid dealing with everyday problems that a 15-year-old deals with as well as trying to save the city. Several months after the events of Captain America: Civil War Peter Parker (Tom Holland) returns home to live with his aunt May (Marisa Tomei) under the watchful eyes of his mentor Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.), trying to balance his life as an ordinary high school student in Queens, New York City while fighting crime as his superhero alter ego Spider-Man as a new threat, Adrian Toomes (Michael Keaton) referred to as the Vulture, a man with criminal tendencies who runs a New York salvaging company and has a suit consisting of mechanical wings forged from upgraded technology. Peter must soon put his powers to the test when the evil Vulture emerges to threaten everything that he holds dear. Michelle Toomes (Zendaya), Adrian’s daughter, is Parker’s classmate!
Stepping into the shoes of the Spiderman, the phenomenally famous super hero character enacted formerly by Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield is Tom Holland known for his films as ‘The Impossible’, ‘Wolf Hall’, ‘In the Heart of the Sea’ etc.
It is interesting to that Tom Holland attended The Bronx High School of Science in The Bronx for a few days to prepare for the title role. And as interesting as that is the fact that Michael Keaton has played ‘Batman’ in the Tim Burton’s film of 1989 as well as in its sequel of 1992.
Sony Pictures, the banner which has backed the production is already busy with a sequel to this film that is expected to hit the screens in July 2019! The film is available in 3D, IMAX and IMAX 3D. The film has mostly been shot at Georgia, New York and Berlin.

Feature: Michael Keaton and his ‘winged’ character cinematic obsession!

Oscar winner Michael Keaton has sparked tremendous curiosity and amongst superhero fans when it was announced that he would play the winged villain Vulture in 2017’s most awaited Spiderman ; Homecoming releasing on 7th July.

Michael Keaton is returning to his superhero roots, this time as a villain, in as Vulture, a Marvel super villain with the most fitting nom de plume of crime and one distinct quality: He’s an every-man.

Director Jon Watts explains, “My whole approach for this movie is that we’ve seen the penthouse level of the (Marvel) universe,” says director Jon Watts (Cop Car). “We’ve seen what it’s like to be a billionaire inventor and to be a Norse god. We’ve seen the very top of this world. But we’ve never seen what it’s like to be just a regular joe.”

A 1963 bird like character who was the second villain Spidey faced in comic books, the Vulture is getting a modern makeover with a wicked high-tech wing suit and even a common man day job. But this is not Michael Keaton’s first time playing a character that at its most basic core involves flying or something aviary: He is quite obsessed with such characters!
Keaton last portrayed an iconic bird-like superhero relieving his glory days in the black comedy “Birdman” which gave him an Oscar nod. Birdman was hailed for its layered themes and Meta story, including the portrayal of Keaton as a washed-up former superhero performer. Michael Keaton also has had a long history with the superhero genre. Since his debut as Bruce Wayne in Tim Burton’s Batman in 1989, he has been synonymous with his iconic portrayal as the Caped Crusader.

‘Spiderman: Homecoming’ star Tom Holland says he doesn’t like Spiders
Actor Tom Holland says he does not like spiders and is creeped out by them.

The 21-year-old actor, who stars as Peter Parker/ Spiderman in Marvel’s upcoming “Spider-Man: Homecoming”, says he fears the arachnid species as he finds them “sneaky”, reported FemaleFirst.

“I don’t like spiders, man, just because they are sneaky – they just really scare me. They are hairy – ugh.

“The more I get asked this question, the more scared I get of spiders so I think I am going to try to convince myself that I am not afraid of spiders,” Holland says.

Tom Holland Confirms A ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ Trilogy
Tom Holland will soon be seen in his first solo superhero film Spider-Man: Homecoming, releasing on July 07, 2017.
The news comes straight from star Tom Holland, who accidentally revealed the plans in a Facebook interview with French outlet AlloCiné.
Tom stated, “There is still a lot of room for Peter Parker, and Spider-Man especially, to grow, in the next two movies. He’s definitely not the finished article by the end of Spider-Man: Homecoming, and I am really look forward to exploring the different ways he can grow up and go through puberty, I guess. Yeah, it’s going to be an exciting couple of movies. Yeah, there will be Spider-Man 2 and 3.”3.”
At the moment, only the sequel for Spider-Man: Homecoming has a set release date for July 5th, 2019.

Robert Downey Jr. is the coolest mentor ever!
After Captain America, Tom is all set to entertain us in his film ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’. Joining him is Tony Stark aka Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr) as the ‘Coolest Mentor Ever’.
In a latest video, Robert is speaking about Tony mentoring Peter. “Tony is keeping a real close eye on him and making sure that he is a worthy recruit for the Avengers. He’s quite gifted and a very talented guy… I think with a little bit more mentoring, you’ll be a real asset to the team.”

Despicable Me 3- 30th June
Despicable Me 3 will be the third installment in the Despicable Me film series, and the sequel to Despicable Me 2 (2013). Directed by Pierre Coffin and Kyle Balda, and co-directed by Eric Guillon, the film is written by Cinco Paul and Ken Daurio. It stars the voices of Steve Carell in a dual role, Kristen Wiig, and Trey Parker.

FEATURE: 5 Things In ‘Spiderman: Homecoming’ That Are Contrasting From The Comics

Well, every fanboy has geared up for the upcoming superhero release ‘SpiderMan : Homecoming’ which is all set to release in India on 7th July, here are 5 things that we have summed up for non-superhero audiences that are contrasting from the comic books.

1. Spidey’s Suit has a different techno-savvy suit in the movie
In the comic-book Civil War crossover event, Tony Stark builds Peter a new suit called the Iron Spider. It’s a high-tech suit that’s got freaking spider arms on it! Eventually, Peter walks away from Tony’s side and goes back to his original costume. Just like we like it!

2. Peter’s best friend
In the film, it looks like Peter’s best friend is called Ned in the film and looks Polynesian whereas, in the comics, Ultimate Spiderman’s best friend is a Korean kid named Ganke. The difference between the comic book Ned and Ganke is that Ned who exists in the comics is a really white superhero, not a kid in school.

3. The Vulture’s got his looks revamped for the film
In the comics, Adrian Toomes aka The Vulture has a pretty silly suit on. The comic book suit looks like a tight spandex suit and he’s also got an incredibly silly tuft of fur around his neck as well. Just a terrible design which the movie fixes and how!

4. Aunty May’s glamorous avatar
In the comics, Aunty May is an old and incredibly sweet lady who takes care of and gives Peter some much needed emotional support. In the film, Aunty May is played by Marissa Tomei! Enough said!

5. Venom isn’t in the film
In the Homecoming comic book, the Venom suit is a huge part of the story. But, in the film, it looks like the black Venom suit is not going to be a part of the film to be found. This is because there is a standalone film of Venom with Tom Hardy as the lead already in the developing stage
