Chennai, January 06, 2018: Mahindra World City, Chennai, in association with Tamil Nadu International Balloon Festival (TNIBF) drew curtains on Chennai’s first-ever hot air balloon festival. The Carnival’s grand finale concluded with scintillating performance by Maestro Ilayaraja who mesmerized the crowd.
