The Faculty of Management, SRM University, organised 8th edition of “Campus 2 Corporate” Management event at Kattankulathur campus during the month of September and first week of October 2017. The primary aim of this event is to build a bridge between the academic and corporate world.
Various competitions like Business Plan, Best Manager, Debate, Case Study, Business Quiz, Short Film, Literature, Adzap, Moot Court, Professional Walk, and Business Auction of this event provided an opportunity to showcase the talents of students from BBA, MBA, B.Tech. and Law . This event’s coordinator Dr.S.C.Rajan Daniel, also organized various workshops on the functional domains such as Finance, HR, Operations and Marketing. Industry experts from service sector and Manufacturing sector of MNC’ s were shared their expertise to enlighten the managerial skills of the students. More than 400 students actively participated in this event.

Mr.A.Rajan Babu, CEO & Director HR at Arghaa HR Technologies explained the need of interpersonal relationship. Dr.T.P.Ganesan, Pro-Vice Chancellor, SRM University appreciated the students for their achievements and advised them to focus on future endeavors. கல்லூரி வளாகத்தலிருந்து நிறுவனம் செல்லும் வழிமுறைகள் குறித்த பயிற்சியின் 8ம் ஆண்டு நிறைவு விழா
எஸ்.ஆர்.எம். பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் அங்கமான எஸ்.ஆர்.எம். மேலாண்மையியல் புலத்தில் 2017 செப்டம்பர் 13 ஆம் தேதியிலிருந்து அக்டோபர் 13 ஆம் தேதி வரை கல்லூரி வளாகத்திலிருந்து நிறுவனம் செல்லும் வழிமுறைகள் குறித்த 8ம் ஆண்டு பயிற்சி பட்டறை நடைபெற்றது. பன்னாட்டு நிறுவங்களின் இன்றைய எதிர்பார்ப்புகள் மற்றும் மாணவர்கள் எந்த துறைகளை தேர்ந்தெடுத்து தங்கள் திறமைகளை பட்டை தீட்டிக்கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்ற ஆலோசனைகளையும், பயிற்சி வகுப்புகளும் நடைபெற்றன. இந்த பயிற்சியை எஸ்.ஆர்.எம் மேலாண்மையியல் புலத்தின் பேராசிரியர் முனைவர் ராஜன் டேனியல் ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளராக செயல்பட்டு ஒரு மாத பயிற்சியை பல்வேறு நிறுவனங்களின் தலைமை செயல் அதிகாரிகளின் துணையுடன் வெற்றிகரமாக நடத்தினார். இந்த பயிற்சியின் நிறைவு நாளான 13.10.2017 அன்று எஸ்.ஆர்.எம். பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் இணைவேந்தர் முனைவர் தி.பொ.கணேசன் அவர்களும், மேலாண்மையியல் புலத் தலைவர் முனைவர் வ.மீ.பொன்னையா அவர்களும் பயிற்சி பெற்ற மாணவர்களுக்கு சான்றிதழ்கள் வழங்கி பாராட்டிப் பேசினார்கள்.
இந்த ஒரு மாத பயிற்சியை டையம்லர் இந்தியாவின் Diamler India பொது மேலாளர் திரு.காரல் அலெக்சாண்டர் மற்றும் அர்கஹா மனித வள மேம்பாட்டு நிறுவனத்தின் முதன்மை செயல் அதிகாரி திரு.அ.ராஜன் பாபு போன்ற உயர் அதிகாரிகள் பயிற்சி அளித்தார்கள்.
நிறைவு விழாவில் வளாக நேர்காணலில் ரூ.12 இலட்சம் ஊதியத்திற்கு அமேசான் நிறுவனத்தில் வேலைக்கு சேர்ந்த 2ம் ஆண்டு எம்.பி.ஏ. மாணவர்கள் சூரிய பாணு, விஜயலஷ்மி, கீர்த்தனா ஆகியோர்களுக்கும் மற்றும் தேசிய படைப்பு திறனாய்வு தேர்வில் 3ம் இடம் பெற்ற மனோஜ் பிரசாத்திற்கும் பாராட்டு சான்றிதழ்கள் வழங்கப்பட்டது. விழாவின் இறுதியில் 2ம் ஆண்டு எம்.பி.ஏ. மாணவி பினில்டா நன்றியுரை நிகழ்த்தினார்.
