தமிழ்நாடு அரசின் இந்து சமய அறநிலையத்துறையால் பராமரிக்கப்படும் திருக்கோயில்களுக்கு பரம்பரை முறைவழி சாரா அறங்காவலர்களை நியமனம் செய்திட தகுதி வாய்ந்த விண்ணப்பதாரர்களை தெரிவு செய்து, உரிய பெயர்ப்பட்டியலை தயாரித்து வழங்கும் குழுவின் உறுப்பினராக ஏஜிஎஸ் என்டர்டெயின்மென்ட் நெட்வொர்க் நிர்வாக இயக்குநர் திருமதி. அர்ச்சனா கல்பாத்தி நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார்.

இந்த நியமனத்தை தொடர்ந்து, மாண்புமிகு தமிழ்நாடு முதலமைச்சர் திரு. ச. ஜோசப் விஜய், மாண்புமிகு இந்து சமய அறநிலையத்துறை அமைச்சர் திரு. எஸ். ரமேஷ், இந்து சமய அறநிலையத்துறை ஆணையர் திரு. ஜெ. குமரகுருபரன் ஐ ஏ எஸ் உள்ளிட்டோருக்கு அர்ச்சனா கல்பாத்தி தனது நன்றியைத் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

இது குறித்து பேசிய அர்ச்சனா கல்பாத்தி கூறியதாவது: “இந்த நியமனத்தை எனக்கு வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள ஒரு முக்கியமான பொறுப்பாகவே கருதுகிறேன். தமிழ்நாட்டின் திருக்கோயில்கள் நமது பாரம்பரியம், பண்பாடு மற்றும் வாழ்வின் முக்கியமான அடையாளங்களாக விளங்குகின்றன. அவற்றின் சிறப்புக்கு பங்களிக்கும் வாய்ப்பு கிடைத்திருப்பது மிகுந்த மகிழ்ச்சியையும் பெருமையையும் அளிக்கிறது.

இந்தப் பொறுப்பை எனக்கு வழங்கிய மாண்புமிகு தமிழ்நாடு முதலமைச்சர், மாண்புமிகு இந்து சமய அறநிலையத்துறை அமைச்சர், இந்து சமய அறநிலையத்துறை ஆணையர் உள்ளிட்ட அனைவருக்கும் எனது மனமார்ந்த நன்றியைத் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறேன்.

எனக்கு வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள இந்தப் பொறுப்பை முழு அர்ப்பணிப்புடனும், நேர்மையுடனும், பொறுப்புணர்வுடனும் நிறைவேற்றுவேன். இறைவனின் அருளாலும், அனைவரின் ஒத்துழைப்பாலும் இந்தப் பணியை சிறப்பாக நிறைவேற்ற முடியும் என நம்புகிறேன்,” என்றார்.

திரையரங்குகள், திரைப்பட விநியோகம், தயாரிப்பு என கடந்த 16 வருடங்களாக ஏ ஜி எஸ் குழும நிறுவனங்களின் வளர்ச்சிக்கு முக்கிய பங்காற்றி வழிகாட்டி வரும் அர்ச்சனா கல்பாத்தி. ஆன்மிகத்தில் மிகுந்த ஈடுபாடு கொண்டவர் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது. திருக்கோயில்களுக்கும், அறப்பணிகளுக்கும் இவர் சேவையாற்றி உள்ளார் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

AGS Entertainment Network Managing Director Archana Kalpathi appointed as Member of the State Selection Committee for Temple Trustees

Archana Kalpathi Thanks the Hon’ble Chief Minister, HR&CE Minister and Commissioner

Mrs. Archana Kalpathi, Managing Director of AGS Entertainment Network, has been appointed as a member of the committee constituted to identify eligible applicants and prepare and submit the appropriate list of names for the appointment of non-hereditary trustees to temples maintained by the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments (HR&CE) Department of the Government of Tamil Nadu.

Following her appointment, Archana Kalpathi expressed her gratitude to the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thiru C. Joseph Vijay, the Hon’ble Minister for Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments, Thiru S. Ramesh, the HR&CE Commissioner, Thiru J. Kumara Gurubaran, IAS, and others.

Talking about the appointment, Archana Kalpathi said: “I consider this as an important responsibility entrusted to me. Temples across Tamil Nadu are significant symbols of our heritage, culture and way of life. I am extremely happy and honoured to have been given an opportunity to contribute to their welfare and uphold their significance.

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, the Hon’ble Minister for Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments, the HR&CE Commissioner and everyone else who has entrusted me with this responsibility.

I will discharge the responsibility entrusted to me with complete dedication, sincerity and a strong sense of responsibility. I am confident that, with the grace of the Almighty and the cooperation of everyone, I will be able to carry out this responsibility effectively.”

Archana Kalpathi has played a key role in the growth of AGS Group over the past 16 years, providing leadership across areas including cinema exhibition, film distribution and film production. She is also deeply spiritual and has been actively involved in serving temples and undertaking various charitable initiatives.

Her academic qualifications include: BE Computer Science, College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University;
MS Computer Science (State University of NY, Buffalo); MS Wealth Management (SMU, Swizz Institute of Finance, Yale ).
